Our People

Daniel Jones Director and Co-Owner

Daniel is DMY’s founder. He has a deep understanding of the accounting and financial advice sector from 20 years working with accounting firms around the globe, and has advised on a large number of M&A transactions. Daniel is a regular speaker at industry events across Australia and has featured in the media for his insights on the accounting sector

Mark Emney Director and Co-Owner

Mark has a rare blend of corporate, advisory and start-up experience. He brings deep experience of the professional services sector as a former PwC Partner, and has held executive roles at Wesfarmers Insurance, Coles Insurance and Bankwest. Mark has co-founded his own start up, and is a strategic advisor/mentor to founders of several high growth entrepreneurial businesses.

Sonia Xerri Client Experience & Operations

Sonia is responsible for ensuring an efficient sales process and that our clients receive a great experience working with us. Sonia has over 20 years corporate experience across accounting, sales, property development and investment industries. Sonia’s track record and deep knowledge of business operations and customer service have prepared her well for her current role at DMY.

Michael Meaney Account Manager

Michael is responsible for sales support, as well as managing and communicating with prospective buyers, and filtering them based on the agreed criteria. Michael comes with a background in sales, account management and customer service across a range of industries including IT and legal.
