Significant growth opportunities include accelerating organic growth of the existing core business, acquisition of boutique UK/Australia cross jurisdictional practices (the Vendor is well-networked in this space); and expansion into other cross jurisdictional territories including New Zealand, Canada, US, India and China. The Vendor is supported by a strong, client-focused team including senior members with a high level of domain knowledge. The practice is headquartered in an East Coast capital city with clients across Australia.

Reason for sale: The Vendor cannot realise the full potential of the business on his own and is looking for a like-minded partner who shares this vision with the appetite and capacity to achieve it.
