Rare opportunity to merge with a highly regarded multi-owner practice based outside of Perth. The owners are anticipating a sale of a minimum 51% of the business but are flexible around the quantum. The practice comes with a solid track record of fee growth and an attractive client mix of small businesses and c.185 SMSFs. There is low client concentration risk with the largest client representing c.2% of FY25 fees. Profitability is healthy and there are numerous specific opportunities for further growth and increased profitability. The owners are supported by a longstanding team (a number hold equity) who have good relationships with clients. The ideal merger partner will be larger than our client, well-positioned to add more value to clients through broader capability, and able to create additional frontline capacity through an efficient back office and processes.
